To ensure a smooth delivery process and avoid delays, please include for full address when placing an order. Whilst we endeavour to meet all dispatch & delivery timeframes, we cannot be held liable for any direct or consequential loss arising from late delivery or an incomplete delivery address.

Normal dispatch is on the next business day (excluding weekends and public holidays) and delivered to main New Zealand centres within the NZ posts normal timeframes. Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery to allow for any unforeseen delays and an extra 1 to 3 working days for delivery to rural addresses.

Delays can occur during peak times such as Christmas and long weekends, please be patient. If a customer is not present for delivery, the relevant carrier may leave the goods at the delivery address at the owner’s risk unless we have been instructed otherwise.
